STRONG INTEREST IN NEW HIGH-SPECIFICATION SWINDON BUSINESS PARK
Property agents Burston Cook are reporting strong interest in the new Ergo Business Park currently under construction in Greenbridge Road, Swindon.
The scheme, being developed by MacNiven Quays, comprises of a mix of self-contained units being offered for sale or to let. Work began in May and the first units are due for completion in October this year. The entire development is phased for completion by Summer 2007.
